It's a smaller publisher, here in WI, called Schoolhouse Press. It was started by none other than Elizabeth Zimmerman and is run today by her daughter Meg Swanson. Here is the link. http://www.schoolhousepress.com I have been to Meg's knitting camps and the people that work at Schoolhouse are all so lovely, I bet you could order a copy direct from them.
